I hate that I haven't put a video out over summer hiatus, I wanted to but I had never been so busy! I worked on a film, doing art department and photography, and then I edited a "fanvideo" of this fashion with our footage, so that's where my summer/Final Cut time went. :( But! In honor of the new season (THE SEASON OF EPIC), I managed to finish

No, thank you, bb! Seriously, I don't watch a lot of fanvids, but I get butterflies when I watch yours. And I LOVE that we get to see you growing and evolving in your style and bag of tricks. ♥

I watched it with the commentary -- and I LOVED the gradual coloring effect, btw (interestingly, I was trying to do that with the fanmix cover, but more so with the contrast, but I couldn't quite get it in the end -- you got it, bb, and it just looks so fucking elegant) -- and then I watched it straight through again. One of my faves!

I also loooove the image you get of Cuddy through this video. We see her being this rock -- for House, for Wilson (:45-50 ♥) -- and only see her show some wistfulness when she's completely alone, and all of that fits so well with the clip you used for "you've been way too strong for all your life." It just came together so beautifully in that regard.

Yeah, totally just watched it again. Insert requisite praise for the attention to detail and the rhythmical quality you've got mastered.

Squeeee! I'm so happy to see this! it makes me smile just all over my face to watch, because the spirit is so uplifting despite the suffreing and painful sequences. In all honesty I love LOVE that you put Lydia in there, too. I couldn't have explained it as well as you did, but I totally agree that her role in this is important and simply ignoring her for the sake of House/Cuddy would feel like forging some part of House's history. I love how you worked her into it.

Aw, the Michigan line works brilliantly! And isn't that the House/Cuddy dance people asked for anyway? ♥

Alvie! No words, seriously. He always makes me smile and I think his impact on House was huge!

I love what you did with the candle at the end. That's such a beautiful idea and it works perfectly. ♥
