If Ghana, you #WILL# get your yellow fever vacc, religiously take your antimalarials, make sure your DPTT titer is at useful levels (Tetanus/Polio/Typhoid/Diptheria), get a scrip for Cipro and another for Keflex, and follow maximal food and drink contamination avoidance protocol. I've got a co-worker who's down for at least another month dealing with the consequences of failure when he was in Accra supporting an airline.
