We received the message today: Work from home. I'm relieved they did not wait longer; it would have been socially irresponsible, ignorant and cruel to demand employees to continue coming to the office, and I would not have complied.

I am really thankful for your thoughtfulness of others. It feels frustrating in the US when so many people around me are acting very poorly.

I see a lot of 'acting poorly' here as well. People can not process what is going on, so they either go into denial about it, or go overboard and panic. I hope people eventually come to terms with what is going on and begin to act humanely, and with compassion.
