Going down a step helps me in that I dont have to worry so much over having to do too much with not enough, and sweat other administrative issues. The latest hangup being a stop that has been given to us by the company owner on the far west side of the metro area, that HAS to be done AFTER 0600. Why does it not go to day shift? Because day shift
