I wonder... what about a partnership? If you and a geeky friend or two were the business, and you share whatever profits come in to start out with.

Certainly tempting. Quite a small trickle to start with, but a decent sized customer base could grow quite well if nurtured right. We are, however, supposed to only refer authorized "vendors", which only means that the person/people must attend a training session and get certified. Could work.
