I have been very busy lately, trying to get everything done that I possibly can before the holidays! I am excited that I will be able to see the family for Thanksgiving this year! It has been 4 years since i spent time with everyone for this special holiday, and I am very excited

i dont think theres much you can 'say' to change her mind. its one of those things that she will have to realize and change her mind accordingly. granted once an idea is stuck in my head, its hell to get it out. but something like joining the military i think should provoke a little more thought. you also might point out to her that youve been in for 5 yrs and all the hell you had to go thru to get where you are. try to make her realize that you dont just go in and get your own place to live, perfect job, etc. theres work and time put into all of those rewards. if shes a positive reinforcement kinda person get her to realize that there is NONE of that-or very little- in the military.

on a side note: things are great here. been bored/working to much lately. blah. oh, and i dyed my hair blue. like the color of the blockbuster sign blue!! hehehe i rawk!!!
