What: While de-stressing at a bar, Zhael and Zoniha end up having to avert a crisis.

Zhael grinned broadly and gave a thumbs-up.
"Yep! I've been looking forward to this; I've been a lot busier than usual lately, and I need some time off."
She frowned slightly, however, as she looked around.
((Weird. The bar, even though there's been an increase in assaults, shouldn't be THIS empty....right?))

"What's been keeping you busy, Zhael?" Zoniha asked. She suddenly slid over a little, a sly grin on her face. "Have you found a nice man to keep you occupied, hmm?"

[starlightbolt]

Zhael grins and shakes her head.
"Nah, it's just that there's been a lot of riots around the busier side of town lately. I always seem to end up passing by and getting dragged into the fight for some reason...it's nice to go out without somebody starting another fight, you know?"

[supernovical]

Zoniha laughed. "I'll drink to that! Though I certainly don't mind kicking a couple of butts here and there." She picked up the microphone and proceeded to head out to the mini-stage. "All righty, then, it's showtime for this Zoniha! Mama, you mind pressing number 472 on the machine?"

Zoniha's performance, though not of the same caliber as Zhael's, was nonetheless competent and entertaining, and she was heartily applauded by the rest of the bar...except for one person.

"My garbage disposal could sing better than that!" a young woman called, sneering.
