i wish that i could reply with an intelligent comment... either saying that i can relate, or give you advice... but i can not. i can, however, say that i hope things will get better for you... and i believe you can make music yourself... from what lars has let me listen to. i will soon know what its like to have a job to pay rent and buy food... im hopefully moving to denton in january. my parents said they will continue with my car payment and my cell phone... but its up to me to pay my living and eating expenses. you can call me if you ever need to vent or anything: (903) 746 2171.

Sorry you are in a rut darling. It happens to the best of us. Thankfully you are young and have a full life ahead of you.

And about those kids that don't "deserve" the things they get. Who are you to say who deserves anything. I would think you deserve all those things too. That's what parents are for, to provide for their children. Some kids just get the short end of the stick. And there are Alot more kids that are worse off than you!! So be thankful that you have a roof over your head, clothing, etc. etc. Just alittle reality for ya.

I didn't ever say that I felt I had it bad, but I guess perhaps I mean that I have a mixture of resent and envy for people who are having an easier path cleared for them to their future, while I'm lost in the words. Metaphorically of course.

you already know what i'm going to say, so i suppose i don't really have to say it. but i will. you have to take chances. you need to get your admissions app completed and turned in. you need to look into some scholarships. if you can get admitted into school, you will have numerous job opportunities available to you. i know there is alot to do to get to that point. i know you don't have money to just move up here, etc, but there are options for you. you just have to take the chance.

you're such a creative, intelligent being, Shawn. i wish i could do more to help you because i really believe that you want to move forward in your life and in your interests. don't give up. ever.
