Is it not nice to argue with panel descriptions before the actual panel? At this year's FOGcon, I (half-jokingly) proposed a rule that anyone who sent us a cogent argument for why a panel description was flawed was automatically qualified to be on the panel. (Of course, some of the best cogent arguments were sent at point where panel descriptions could still be rewritten, and a few of them were.)

There's a difference between arguing with panel descriptions when they can still be changed, and doing so once something has gone/is going to press, I feel. And there's a certain level of grace/assumption of good faith that should be extended.

That said, whoever made the claims in this panel desc was being... Rather myopic. Shall we say.
