So the reason I've fallen off the earth in the last few months is because I've been inundated with work. Since taking over as an accounts and projects manager at the screenprint/embroidery place, I've had nothing but work, work, more work, work from home, and a second job because even with the limited overtime I'm allowed, I'm still having

In my experience, those feelings become more manageable with time but never go away completely. As perceived time goes by more quickly, the events that do bring everyone together also seem more frequent than they really are, so there's that.

We should hang out! Perhaps once the weather becomes less oppressive and your workload lightens up. Should you wish to change jobs (at the cost of leaving Chicago for Milwaukee) I can always keep an eye out for openings at work.
