why the fuck do people think every other song that came out between 92-99 are all about fucking Kurt Cobain or Courtney Love. WTF? I don't buy it ( Read more... )

I baked 16 bagels today. I was extremely satisfied with how they turned out chewy on the outside. slightly dense but still soft on the inside. they will be better tomorrow toasted.

I baked 32 bagels today. I stoped because I can no longer tell what is different about them anymore. it is all a blur of chewy complex flavor and texture almost salty, almost sweet. not quite 'bagle' tasting in my mind. but oh well. they mostly look like bagles.

right now I am listening to "Mirrored" by the band called Battles, it is 'postrock' it is good music. but I'm not sure I like it. there are a few effects they use kinda heavily on the album that makes you feel like your watching a really long video of america's funniest homevideos, but a few of the songs on the album seem to get by with out ( Read more... )
