This is not a new case actually. Before, the truth behind it was not known by us the victims due to the lack of the information. But now we have internet, informations spread a lot faster. The problem is, our governments hardly do anything to anticipate. Why oh why? Heh, the world is ruled by the more stronger parties, no?
And, why this happens? 'Cause, money is the almighty god. Plus, thick of hidden agenda. Wonder where did their sense of humanity has gone to.
This is going to be a loooooooong rant out of me if I go on. One thing will let to another but at the end we will only find ourselves in an endless circle of injustice toward humanity *sigh*

The verdict I believe is that in low dossages consumption of aspartame isn't harmful. I think that I heard somewhere that the threshold of getting dangerous amounts of it in your system is drinking some douzines of cans of light-drinks daily.
Though I'd never buy aspartame instead of sugar.

Here's a list with them http://users.hol.gr/%7Eccoboroz/FoodAdditives.pdf
