Tonight!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I just made sausage and cream cheese stuffed mushrooms and tomatillo verdes enchiladas! Everything turned out sooo good. Next time I might add some parmisan cheese and spinach to the mushrooms. I might use one or two less chilies for the enchiladas. I love making yummy things ( Read more... )

Last night was one of the best nights in a while. I met two very genuine people and got to know two others a whole lot better. Swimming late at night was great. Laughing 'til I cried was something I really, really needed. I love my friends. Magic carpet.
