It's too early. Actually, I used to get up at 6 or 6:30, and now I can't seem to get up before 7am without major consequences. I don't use an alarm clock; I just go to bed at an appropriate time and get my 9 hours of rest, without which I am a whiny zombie. And who likes zombies? No one. Why would I give up my apartment now that I know it's at the very end of the Rose Parade route?!?!

This makes 2 Saturdays in a row I get to watch the whole parade from my window, which faces the intersection where the parade terminates. Good bands, nice floats, lots of spirit.

But I still don't see what all the duct-tape fuss is about.
