I don't think so, specifically; I think this track is probably just a general attack on censorship...however, Geogaddi is a pretty fucking creepy album, in case you didn't know; satan and branch davidians and subliminal messages and the whole fact that the album is 60 mins, 6 seconds and 6 milliseconds long...I'm pretty damn sure that, if a conservative actually *knew* about BoC, they'd censor it.
