It's getting tricky now. If Don is seen with Dean Winchester his career could be in jeopardy, but Dean is the only one who knows what Best looks like. And Dean would know how the other hunter would think - what he would need to complete the sacrifice and kill Sam. I have to admit, the thought of the two of them, together, in FBIish suits (please tell me they are both wearing shades, too) - arriving at the scene and getting out of Don's SUV, both somber and tight-lipped and wearing expressions that say "We're here. Let's do this". Well, let's just say it'll feed the fantasies for quite a while.
I'm glad David and Don understand each other and are on the same page again, but Charlie's last statement to Don was kind of foreboding. Like Charlie thought, it was one thing to recommend his brother call in the Winchesters - it was another thing completely to find one sitting on his brother's couch.
Looking forward to Dean and Don in action. At least I have a day or so to prepare myself for the swooning. See you
I have to admit I didn't really think of it that way but I can totally see it - FBI agents Don & Dean stepping out of the black SUV in dark suits and shades... nice.
Wow, what an incredible web you weave. I love Charlie's little part, he seems enthused about Dean until it's time to leave Don alone with him. Grins, then it's a bit scarier. Charlie was going to do an end around if he has to, but Dean has it figured that it will be all over by then. He's probably right, but... how you are going to keep all the agents out of it, and still give Don back up... is the question.
