i was wondering about you missy! i just started posting again too. yea eczema sucks. i have it and i get hives at the same time on my face! its not a pretty sight. im like constantly picking off carters "cheese" off his scalp. i hate that cradle cap. its icky. he hates it but im like wait just a couple more, theres a big one! haha. you're lucky you have tons of clothes! carter only has a couple more outfits left that he can fit. luckily we're going on vacation so we'll get some! well glad to hear everyones doing ok! and you know asian ppl don't understand english! lol!
i just use cortizone. it works if i catch it in time. i use that on my hives too along with benadrhyl. actually my mom didn't any filipino food when she was here! we were too busy shopping for our furniture!
We have an Aveeno anti-itch cream with cortisone, some times it works, but some times it doesn't. When we run out of it I'll look for a different brand and see if there is something that works better on her. I've been putting the cream on her head, and this baby badger balm, http://www.badgerbalm.com/pc-398-2-baby-balm.aspx, that is made mostly of olive oil on her eczema. I don't know if it does any good, but she doesn't seem to mind it.
No filipino food? That's crazy. When we were visiting my mom I had korean food every day, some times 2 or more times a day, so much that at the end I didn't want any more korean food. BUT now that I'm home again I want korean food :( When lorldymight goes to WOC, I think its like for a month, I might visit my mom, I have to learn to cook korean food (damn it) 'cause there are no resturants here (there's one in Reno, 30 miles away, and it isn't good.) Umm... I can't remember what the point of this was any more

I think that was the hardest part, having to wait to find out the gender. I couldn't really plan anything until I knew. No clothes shopping, no bedroom planning or anything like that.
I was hoping you were OK since I hadn't seen any post since before our visit to Vegas when we didn't manage to meet up. Sounds like you've just been really busy!
I love all the updates about the things Jasmine's been doing. Babies were something I always thought I'd have so I prepared most of my life to be ready for them. It wasn't meant to be. I have to live vicariously through people who have them.
Bless you for pumping for Jasmine. Sounds like she already has some allergies. By feeding her breast milk, you're helping her be less allergic to things. My mom failed at breast feeding my sister so she didn't even try for me. As a result, I'm allergic to all kinds of things.
I forgot to write about missing you! I'm glad you found a printer, 'cause we didn't have one, plus we were on the other side of town.
I like writing about Jasmine, but some times I feel like that's all I'm writing about. Now at least I know someone wants to read about her :)
I'm hoping that Jasmine will grow out of some/all of her allergies. I really can't figure out where her eczema is coming from. Its on her legs and arms, but most days I just leave her in her diaper, so its not from her clothes, but I don't know what else it could be. :\
I haven't used lanolin on her yet. We just use Johnson & Johnson's baby wash, no lotion or anything like that. She has just started to get some eczema on her back, but she hasn't come into contact with anything new that I know of.
Hey! Just wanted to say a big thank you for the Christmas card! For some reason, it arrived on the 10th Jan, but to be honest it was so nice, I've put it up on my pinboard at work!
