Lowfat Burgers

This week I did an Experiment In Cooking. I normally buy Laura's Lean Beef hamburger (or pre-formed patties) but it's pretty expensive stuff, though it's organic, 8% fat beef. Sometimes I've bought ground turkey, which is pretty cheap and often on sale, and only 7% fat, but doesn't taste that great.

This week, I put the two together.
