There were bunches of posters up in the windows of Ypsilanti businesses this weekend saying, "War is Over". Does anyone know what this is about?

They were probably a throwback to the billboards that John Lennon & Yoko Ono put up around the world back in the day during the Vietnam War that said "WAR IS OVER" in huge letters with "if you want it" below it. From the song Happy Christmas / War Is Over (If You Want It).
