I am sitting in my west-facing office, which has some problems during the afternoon with the sunlight light. Today there are scattered clouds, and for the hour just past I have had the occasional shaft of sunlight break free from the clouds and shoot straight over the top of the monitor and into my eyes. To give you some context, I work in a library from 1909...it has its problems, but it also has a lovely stone facade, woodwork to die for, and 14-foot high ceilings....
