Here are some of my favorite stories from Plutarch's essay on talkativeness. i typed these up for a project, found them again, and realized they should be saved here for posterity.

Neat. I work with a Taiwanese engineer named Plutarch. Not his given name, one he picked for use with westerners, which is pretty common among the Taiwanese and Chinese engineers I've worked with, but unique in that he skipped "common" names like Tony or Laurence and went for something much more memorable.
