The sound I made just now wasn't human. I loved the first part of this series so much and now there's a sequel?! You have no idea how much I wanted this to happen. HUZZAH!

squeeee!!! OMG!! Gemini Rising was one of the most fantastic stories I read last year. I was wondering if you were planning on a sequel. I'm scrolling through my f-list and **here is sequel**!! ::happy dance::

And I see you have plans to commit trilogy. AWESOME!!! That means this absolutely wonderful verse will continue.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful and unexpected gift.

After I dropped that little note above, I stayed up and read all night until I finished the story. Like it?! I LOVED IT!! What a wonderful follow up to “Gemini Rising”!

The character/plot development was phenomenal! The 'secret' of Ouray's inhabitants, especially Loretta; the depth of the relationship between Jared and Jensen; Alona's fears/feelings; Tom's steadfast support; the friendship and love of the rest of their friends...and the boys' trainers/teachers and how they had to a) support the boys and b) support each other and c) scramble to keep up with their charges! Oh what they went through, not to mention how Jeffrey must be feeling... (btw - your Samantha? Is totally badass. That "almost order" she gave JDM at the beginning of the story? Priceless. Also, it shows the level of understanding she has of Gemini. Then there was the talk with the families ( ... )

WOW!! I was worried because it was so drastically different than the first that it might put some people off. Everything that happened in this one sets up the third.

Ah, the starting quotations. I love writing those particularly. It gives me a chance to reveal some history/philosophy of this world without getting bogged down by it in the story itself. Also, since you took the time to write such a lengthy response (THANKS) there is an easter egg of sorts in the quotation on the Prologue: convert minutes into seconds.

As to the glossary, it does exist. I have not posted it because it isn't complete yet. When I post the final story, I am going to also post appendices with complete Republican cartography, terms, history, etc. Sorry that doesn't help much right now.

Thank you so much for reading and posting. It takes an enormous amount of time to write these stories, and to know that you very much enjoyed them makes it all worth it.

I think I like this one better actually. This world you have created is amazing. BAMF!Jensen was awesome :) and I cried a litlte (major kudos to you for that).

On a different note, where did you get your user name from??? I couldn't help but notice it is really similar to mine (which is my actual name with last initial and number)...

I am so glad! This is such a different story than the first, but its all setup for the final one. I am, umm, sad? Glad? that I made you cry? I have no idea what's appropriate, but YOU LIKED THE STORY!

My user name is from the ancient greek word "Aletheia" who was the goddess/muse of truth. I don't want to get carried away with the explanation, but the archaic meaning of truth was deeds that are remembered and celebrated in song and story.
