I swear on everything that's balanced and good, you need to start taking fish oil supplements. You can get them at any drug store. Take about 4 a day, and it will do wonders. Various shrinks have told me that fish oil is garnering for the argument that they work better than most anti-depressants. Fish oil helps to forge new neural pathways, and is also really good for burning fat, in that you "need fat to burn fat."
