I was just outside doing some hardcore trudging. First I went to the sled hill on my property, and tried to sled with a folded-up lawn chair, cause we have no sleds. So I'm feeling glum. But who cares? Just me, that's who.

Tonight is the night that my grandparents apparently thought began Channukah (Channuka, Chanuka, Chanukah, Chanuko, Hannuka, Hannukah, Hanuka, Hanukah, Hanukkah, Kanukkah, Khannuka, Khannukah, Khanuka, Khanukah, Khanukkah, Xanuka) this year, which is why I got my card a few days late. Of course, this is not so. That's how big a deal this holiday is

Right now I am putting off reading "My Antonia," so I'm here writing whilst listening to Edgard Varese. I'm in better spirits than I have been, mostly because this music is so inspiring.

I guess that's all I really have to say.
