Effective next month, I'll be a Grade 11. It's a cool $61k/year. This time last year, I was unemployed and working hard to get a $500 stipend for some campaign work, and I'd be unemployed for a difficult three months.

It's amazing what a difference 12 months makes.

I was going to make some snarky comment about how much I hated you, but then I thought, you know what, when I finally pull myself out of this morass I am in, I would hate for someone to get all jealous on me.
