You know, I don't normally get annoyed by the disparity of preview items/ free stuff between the Games Department and my own department, except when the disparity is increased by someone from said Games Department absconding with free stuff from my department just because it's remotely connected to games

I'd suggest taking action ASAP, as if this is your distributor and this butthole is absconding with merchandise, that's going to make you look as if you're not doing your job!

This "shithead" has seniority, yes. But it is also a mutual friend with a name that begins with G.
Also, he is management as am I.
Also, it's slightly against company policy for either of us to abscond with freebies sent to the store. Technically we're supposed to price and shelf. However, not having a raise in four or five years kinda' makes us look past that little bit of rule breaking.

You know, this person doesn't "outrank" you on the job OR IRL. If you don't like what this person is doing, why not discuss it? You deserve personal and professional respect! I just finished this book and I highly recommend it.

I would F-lock this, but you know what? He won't read it. If he did, I'd... be amazed.
I'll probably discuss it with him when Ass Manager and Owner are both gone.
It's not like he hoses my department like this all the time, it's just that when something that was supposed to go to my department that I would actually be interested in got mistakenly handed to him, zip zoom! Before I even saw it.
