lunch with Cessy! (day after Draco's)

Though Alexandre had seen Cessy at Draco's party, he hadn't the sobriety or the time, really, to talk to her much. So, since it had seemed like ages that he had spent time with her, he asked to meet her for lunch in London

Cecilia could not possibly understand why Alexandre could be so happy. While Cecilia had been trying to put on a friendly face, this was just downright strange. She pulled off her sunglasses and set them on the table before she took her seat.

"Well, don't you just look so happy to be here," she told him, before eying him curiously. "How are you doing?"

Cecilia, herself, was doing rather poorly. She felt terrible for what happened, and she had a strong feeling she'd be receiving a less-than-friendly visit from Bellatrix soon. Oh, joy.

To be honest, Alexandre had passed out well before any of the "excitement" and hadn't bothered to talk to anyone before his meeting with Cessy. He had no idea what went on the night before.

"I am doing wondefully," he lied, as always. "And yourself?"

Cecilia took a slight breath and titled her head to the side. She hadn't seen very much of Alexandre in the past few weeks, and felt a little guilty for that. She had always worried about him in the past.

She looked at him and shrugged her shoulders.

"I'm alive," she said unenthusiastically. "Which is saying more than Crabbe at the moment, but I suppose you know about that already."
