Too long gone, but I needed to say thank you to all who voted yesterday.  For many it was your first Presidential and one to always remember. Now the real work begins.
             I know I need to write more, and I will, but tonight its back to the books.  Goodnight..

To be honest one of the first things I did after the announcement was check my LJ to see if you had said anything yet...

Brandon went out Wednesday morning and collected news papers. Just so we could have them. I can honestly say that it was the most exciting day of my life.

We painted my friend's car "VOTE TODAY" and drove around downriver screaming out the window "Don't forget to vote! Voting is important!" and stopping random people coming out of stores and asking them if they had "voted yet" and if not "why?"

It was a good day.
