This was beautiful in execution and form. Loved every word of it.

I love the line breaks and visual component to your writing. Your formatting is a great layer to work that is always full of depth. This is definitely something I want to read again and again to squeeze the juice out of it.

It means a lot to me to hear that, thank you!
Especially that you would want to read it several times over. Please be my guest and juice it down to its essential vitamins and minerals. May they burn like fuel in the bottomless depth of your Imagination.

There’s so much depth here, and I know some of the references are going fweeeee over my head, but I love the rhythm of it and the look into the wandering of your thoughts. Very intriguing!

Thank you kindly!
I have to admit, I really poured the references on thick in this one. . . I do hope it didn't detract from the overall feel; yet to hear your mind comfortably wandered through it, that makes me very happy to know!

We need to be asking the deep questions. I just don't know how we're ever going to find the answers. I don't know if I have that much faith in humanity anymore.

I feel like it would be easier if we didn't live in such times. When truth is not only so hard to distinguish, but really its very existence seems to be under suspicion. . .
I do believe that truth exists however, and the good.
There's just so much suffering and plenty of good reason to give up completely on things. Speaking for myself though, which is all I can really do, these days I often find myself comparing the truisms, Ignorance is bliss and Knowledge is power. I've concluded that I'd rather have the latter. I'd rather be strong than happy. That is, strong enough to feel like I could make a difference in the world, rather than happy enough to feel unconcerned about it ( ... )

I loved this part, but really, this entire poem was rich with characters and their stories and the philosophies of important questions that are not being truthfully answered.

Thank you!
I'm moved to know you went through it all and especially that these aspects stood out to you.
From what I have read of your work so far, especially in this last round, I picked up on a strong sense of regional color and realistic characterization; so this means a lot to me coming from you!
