Washington D.C. is a beautiful city. My schedule's been packed since I've gotten here, but I'm enjoying all the sights and sounds of the capital of one of the most influential countries of the world ( Read more... )

Becoming royal overnight would be a hard challenge, wouldn't it? Especially for ones who are not born royal or aristocratic, but you must've learned so much from your lessons because you are one of the most admirable princesses I know.

I hope you enjoy DC, and don't stress yourself out, Princess!

Thank you for the kind words, Virginie. I'll try not to let my schedule get too full. :)

Yes, quite near impossible to become royal overnight. One must learn to hold the cuppie with their pinky out first ;)

I love D.C.!!!

If you step back and look at it, she kind of has a point. Looking at those months comapred to your entire life it kind of is overnight. At the same time it isn't overnight as well. Maybe like a week. ;)

Have a great evening.

I guess compared to the vast number of years that I have spent as a commoner, and not part of the Danish royal family, my years in Denmark do seem quite short, but then again I can still playback in my head the "princess lessons" and the Danish lessons that were so strenuous and hard. It was all worth it, however.

D.C. is beautiful. :)

You do make it seem almost normal, but I suppose that once we adjust to something it does make it seem "normal" for us.
