So I TOTALLY read "10-9" like "10-4, over and out" sort of thing, and I was like "hmm...okay...dont know what that means" and I JUST figured out that those are times (after reading that sentence maybe 9 times). Maybe I shouldn't admit my stupidity, but it's late at night (for me) so I tend to just blab. Like you can see from my comments now.
