How much milk do you guys drink in a day? A week? Three gallons a week isn't excessive, right? I mean, that's gotta be within the norm.

EDIT 1: Apparently the internet doesn't have a definite answer for me. It ranges anywhere from 11.5-19 gallons per person per year. (30 in 1968) So...156 is an outlier in any data.

EDIT 2: According to the Wisconsin ( Read more... )

3 gallons a week?! I drink a cup a day. XD so about 1.5 litres a week? I dunno what that is in gallons though.

Hope you're been well! <3

// I have replies to tons of your other posts that will happen slowly as I nurse my broken heart.

I think 1.5 litres is like less than half a gallon. Augh math has forsaken me...let's say .4 gallons. That sounds like a goodly amount. XD

Oh no! A broken heart? /hands over the hot cocoa

Whenever I think of gallons, I think of gas, lol. We used to go down to the States to get gas a lot. Lol, so I drink less than like a 6th of what you do. XD

You must have killer strong bones!

My roommate and I usually only go through a half-gallon every two weeks... so that's a gallon a month.

That ends up working out to 12-15 gallons a year because sometimes we only buy quarts and sometimes we go ahead and get gallons.

At home I might have a cup of milk per meal, but usually we get two gallons a week to share among 3 people in the family, and *try* to finish it before the next grocery date. But I'm assuming you mean three gallons a week for one person? Milk's not a bad thing though, I didn't think D:

I drink milk with every meal, too! *healthy bones fistbump*
Though I have a feeling I just drink more per meal than the average person. >__>

How large are the glasses at your place? xD Usually I just have my one cup and apportion it so it lasts through the whole meal, out of laziness of not wanting to get back up and refill my cup xD;;;;;;;; Or if I drank more, I would be full of just the milk and not eat as much as I should have otherwise.

I think our glasses are regular sized, lol. I just drink a lot of everything; water, milk, juice, Kool-Aid. XD;

We go through about a gallon every week and a half. When my brother was home, we went through 2-2.5 because that's all he drinks besides water.

I don't like milk so I drink almond milk lol..

What does almond milk taste like? Soy? /curious

When I say a thinner soy I don't mean like consistency wise. It's not as coating as soy, but as rich as milk. If that makes sense. It tastes good. I'm trying to move away from soy because that's really not the greatest thing for you.

Interesting. I'll have to try it. I've had soy a couple of times, but I always thought it was supposed to be good for you. Huh.

One of these days I'm just going to buy a cow and be done with it.
