DANIEL TIGER. ;__; And his wristwatch.

It surprises me how often I think of what Mister Rogers taught me. <3

Mister Rogers was a magnificent human being. Your post spurred a mini rewatch of some of his stuff, and I was actually pretty ashamed at myself for forgetting some of his lessons. (Like when you get so angry, being able to stop and control yourself can give you a great feeling vs lashing out and getting justice)

I wish they made dvd collections of all his seasons. I'd buy them all. It really brings forth the question of what our kids will be exposed to when they're growing up. ;_;

ALSO. YOU. YOU WERE IN MY DREAM. (briefly)I was on my way to a gaming convention that Blizzard hosted in WI of all places. There was slush on the ground and I was sitting on the passenger's side of a truck. (one of those really huge tall ones that everyone drives down here) The driver was reverse parking into a tricky small spot in a tiny lot and I was impressed at the accuracy. It was you btw, and somehow you had a big house right next to the convention center. It was kind of weird, but did I mention REALLY BIG HOUSE? We didn't talk and I didn't look at ( ... )

I'm happy to hear it! I miss Mister Rogers like crazy, but I think it's on early Saturday mornings here or something. I want to hoard all the episodes and keep them for my kids. Because he'll be a better parent than me, lol. I still sing What Do You Do With The Mad That You Feel? It's comforting and the kids like it. <3

Ahhhh! I am honored to be in your dream, no matter how unrealistic. XD I love that we'd drive to the convention center when it's right next door. AHAHAHAHA. Lazy girls. XDD

He was amazing. I wish there were more people like him, teaching us all how to be kind while being true to ourselves. <333
