I've never seen PotC so I can't say! But I think you're talking about those huge bushy ones right... In my unworthy opinion, I would say that the best sideburns are the well-maintained ones, with a clear demarcation between hair and face :3 Nobody likes a sloppy semi-beard sideburn, right? Good grooming is key, regardless of length. COUGH
