I really like seeing your more painterly pieces, and your brother's birthday gift is no exception. The wrinkles in the face and the detailing texture of the teeth really make that picture shine.

hahaha Pan's Labyrinth baddie! but I am lame, only know him from that. Chesty McChesterson chest hair! <3's He looks like he should be accompanied by some sort of " wokkachicka wokkachicka berm berm berrrm " soundtrack

I take it that the questions marks indicate the SUPERKEENAWESOMESECRET technique passed down by some sort of secretive order of Peruvian chinchilly-monks for thousands of generations that transforms a WIP to a glorious finished work. Clearly it is so incredible you must shield our poor mortal eyes from it, lest it make them pop out 8o

Also the monster needs a " hai guyz " You can tell he's saying that X3 your bro has a cool imagination

Also awe Angora ^^ she's so cute with her big wary eyes. Awe :)

OMG MUST GO READ MEEK BEFORE IT VANISHES 4EVAR ;_____;

Holy shiat! I thought that monster pic was a photograph at first glance. So awesome, it's awesome. XD
And OMG! I never made the connection of that duder from Pan's Labyrinth being somewhat similar to Luca!!! (albeit a fraction more deranged and evil) Though we haven't heard Luca's whole story yet! dun dun DUN.

Some new arts! Yay! :3

Oh, in the fanart thingy - draw/paint Luca's ears like that! That would be perfect anatomy-wise and everything. :D

The dog is INSANE, it has something to do with the soft focus of the edges in the back that make it almost 3D realistic/sculped in a scary way! The teeth, the wrinkles... <3 <3 <3
And that last one has a same eery mix of photo realism and your usual style going on, it's fascinating! Your normal commissions are hella tangible too, but in this one has something in the mouth and nose that makes it even even more photorealistic, perhaps the simplicity? And then you draw chest hair that way and i love it :D :D

Well for that last one I was working directly from a photo, so I had a reference for the lighting :) That usually improves the quality by default!
