I decided that I will learn to play the banjo. Or at least fiddle (ha!) around with it. You can't have a hip pop rock band without one, so I have the feeling that I will be in high demand. I can't wait to start playing Reno Dakota covers in arenas. It's going to be so tight.

They're sort of Interpol-y. Sort of Guided By Voices-y. Very indie rock. Not emo, though. I'd go to Amazon.com and look up one of their albums and play some samples. Or get some tracks on Kazaa, if you have it.
