I hate PvP. I don't mind if, say, I say something and there's immediate consequences. That's one thing. Another is when there's a lingering mean-on and you know you're outmatched, outclassed, and outgunned

My thought is if the anxiety is that bad, don't be afraid to take any helping medication but more importantly GO to a therapist. Despite my grumblings, they DO have their uses and may be able to dig down and get to the root of why you have such bad anxiety. They can also help you work through it. I've been off and on considering going to one myself as I refuse to take medication, (personal belief) but haven't yet found the courage to actually go.
