God, I love being on break. No stress, nothing to do but read books, hang out, and eat. I love it.

Today I managed to get out to Target and buy a new bathing suit (I was in desperate need of one >_>), which is super cute. Thank God it looks better on me at home than in the dressing room; I swear, they put the WORST lighting in those rooms, NOTHING

Plox. Tell me some good books to read. This "Karavans" bullshit isnt working out. (Book I'm on now. i made the mistake of buying the first two in the series and im still suffering through the first)

Lol, I know how that is. I hear all these good things about a series, buy the whole thing, and then wind up hating it halfway through the first chapter.
Lately I've been all about the paranormal stuff, especially the stuff leaning in the romance direction (and... ahem, more than leaning lol). Anything by Kresley Cole, Nalini Singh, and Patricia Briggs is good. Gena Showalter has a good series called Lords of the Underworld that I have all the books to if you wanna borrow them also. A lot of people like Christine Feehan's Carpathian series too, but personally it's not my cup of tea. Too much 'animal' and not enough human in her vampires for my taste.
I have loooads of other suggestions if you like, just let me know! :D (Oh, and warning, KC, NS, GS, and CF are all... pretty graphic lol. It's romance, after all. Briggs keeps it relatively PG-13, save for a not so savory scene in Iron Kissed, but the others definitely go... above and beyond, so to speak xD) Enjoy!~

WOW thanks for all the names!! Do you know of anything really more fantasy based (as opposed to sci fi) and with roooomance? Less or more graphic, doesnt matter. If it doesnt have love then it's not interesting. :] <3
