I recognize 1 and 6 but I can't, for the life of me, remember who the comedians are! This will torture me until someone figures it out. ;)

Well #1 has now gone and #6 is an American stand-up person. But that's the only hint you're getting :)

1. Eddie Izzard! "And I'm backing it up with this gun lent from the National Rifle Association." Love!

And I want to know who the rest of them are, because some of those are pretty funny. ^_^

"The NRA says guns don't kill people, people do. But I think the gun helps, you know. I really think it helps. Standing there yelling, "Bang!" isn't going to do much."

Score one to Eve :)

"You'd have to be really dodgy on the heart you know. Bang! Rat-tat-tat boom! Bang!"

Or, the alternatives:

"It's not guns that kill people, it's just that certain noise they make."

"It's not guns that kill people. It's the bullet ripping through people's bodies, that's what kills people. There you go - have guns, but don't allow any ammunition."

*looks sheepish* Don't get me started on Eddie Izzard. I could go on for years.

Heh, that NRA quote. Every time anyone from the NRA speaks I hear that quote. He is such a total legend (and so very very HOT). Love him to pieces.

1. EDDIE BABY! Though to really get the true inflection surely it must be typed "Doo you hev a flaaaaaaag?"

6. Peter Kay... it's always wonderful watching a man act out a biscuit being dunked.

And that's all I know! I was thinking maybe a little Russell Brand would be in there but none of these seem to be ones I have seen him do.

YOU SHOULD TALK TO ME MORE, I'M MOVING IN LESS THEN 3 WEEKS!

Aw, just too late! And too true, too true.

Heh, I had to have me some Peter. He is of my homeland, his gags are my gags etc etc Plus the Hobnob SAS is just priceless.

No indeed, no Russell Brand. I dunno why really, I just- didn't.

THERE'S NO LAW AGAINST YOU RINGING ME YOU KNOW. And woe, way to kick me where it hurts.

... ow.

Doesn't happen to be Dylan Moran or Bill Bailey? I don't know a lot of comedians.

Unfortunately no, but why the hell didn't I look up Dylan Moran? I love his stuff.

Ahaha. Yeah. Same. I really want to see him live, but he leaves NZ before I get back :(

Aw, bummer! Well, he'll probably be round again in a couple of years. As far as I can tell, most British stand-ups do the rounds here, get known and then bugger off to the Antipodes. So do not give up hope ;)
