Despite my nerves, I think it all went pretty well! It always feels uncomfortable when you start at a new place - like you're some interloper trying to force your way into a clique who have their own language. But my team, and everyone else for that matter, was very welcoming, and by the end of the day the feeling of strangeness was receding to
