Yah, being a kid was great... I especially remember how nice it was on Monday nights to watch WWF RAW and WCW Nitro with my grandfather and my grandmother (she, by the way, believed until she died last year that it was all legit competition and she LOVED Dusty Rhodes, and later AJ Styles cause he came from her home town)... we had such a wonderful time ^)^

I definitely agree on the point about childhood. I think I was still neurotic as a child but, wherever you are in life, you tend to look at a point in the past as being free from the intensity of the emotion you're feeling at the moment. Sure, it wasn't all good, but it wasn't as painful as now; that kind of thing. Although there's still a lot to be said in favour of the innocence of youth. :3

I really admire you for being able to study right wing extremism. I think that it's hugely important but I'm not sure if I could bear it. I'm not even good at seeing fascism and similar movements in the areas of history I study.

It truly creeps around everywhere... Americans have always had a problem with it, too. I think it's our love of sheer irrationality, and fascism is an irrational movement in the extreme.
