After one month of playing and about one month of just sitting around collecting dust, I've decided to cancel my subcription to FFXI. It was fun for a while, but it just turned into a boring uphill trudge trying to get enough XP so I would at least be concidered useful to the group i joined, let alone helpful. eh..no reason really. I was under the impression you had to submit sometype of writing thing to join and I don't really have anything I thought would be appropriate

I have been thinking the same thing, and for other reasons as well. 3 different times James' network has gone to for exstensive periods of time, like a month or 2, and I've paid but could never play. So I may be doing it as well.

yeah, it's probably for the best.. it's kinda sad 'cause if it didn't involve MONTHS of mindless leveling it'd actually be a pretty cool game.
