Split votes, no proper releases...I have no idea which the 'consensus' Cassie pick is for this year b/c so many are worthy. I think of 'Is It You?' as '07 and just went by last.fm.

Yeah. In the process of finalizing my list, and 2 the Morning is...well. Let me give it another listen. Turn the Lights Off and Thirsty outrank it if they were 2008, which I'm pretty sure they were.

Although, barring an upset during final analysis, Echo will be making a top ten appearance.
