i feel better today. mostly at least. I called the shop guy back and apologized. i hate being mean and its not his fault. he is the secretary and he does what he is told. i was shooting the messenger. but of course it still means my jeep is in the shop even longer :( i hate bumming rides. its humiliating. on the plus side, my mom works later than
