Sorry if this is in the 'yes of course I already thought of this' category - but if it's in the dark months particularly, it might also be worth getting your Vit D levels checked?

That's a very good suggestion - I hadn't thought of it but I'm kinda kicking myself for not having thought of it as it does make a lot of sense. Will definitely check it out. Thanks!

This year seems to have caught more people with tiredness - I've been fairly bad for the last couple of months, as has Lydia (I've kind of stopped calling her Polaris after playing Devil Survivor 2, in which Polaris is the final boss....). I'm pulling out of this now, though (so's she, actually), and I'm suspecting it's got more to do with bad sleep patterns and maybe some post-viral fatigue, given I was quite ill over Christmas.

Much of my fatigue was non-physical though, or at least not usually physical - there would be times when I could quite easily go for a run but not have the energy for creative endeavours.

Seconded to VitD levels. I'm cursing myself for having been somewhat sporadig in taking my supplements while fatigued, given that can't have helped matters. /-8

From my perspective, it's definitely brighter now. This means you're welcome to borrow my light box if you like; I won't be needing it until the nights draw in again.

*sympathy*. I know how you feel. I've been stalled for months.

*sympathy* Oh no :( Best of luck, I hope you find something that shifts it.

It's a long shot, but is there anything which is sometimes a cause of SAD appearing now when it didn't before, in case that points to a cause/solution? Especially if that MIGHT be something causing woodpijn's permanent malaise, although that's much more of a long shot.
