Hi everyone,

Just a quick post. I want you all to know that I do still read LJ, and I don't want to lose touch with any of you. My mental health has been pretty awful this year, and looking after two small children while mentally ill is hard. Twitter's relatively lower level of attention suits me better than LJ in some respects, but I miss longer-

Hello Alex! I have had a very tough summer ftb anxiety and the difficulties of therapy but I did know you were having a tough time and haven't really expressed that I have been thinking about you. I am now in a better place anxietywise so if you and L ever wanted me to take babbies (I now have some fantastic experience in vomit and nappies and being used as a giant tissue.) whilst you had a break or if you fancied going out for a coffee please let me know.
