Thank you so much! My headcanon is that Erik does take care of Charles, I mean, they both keep each other grounded to an extent.

Aw poor Erik, I'm so pleased he didn't take advantage though -- that's very him, he wants to be sure it's what Charles wants, Charles is his friend and he looks out for his friend. Now Charles just needs to remember what happened and then inform Erik that he's sober now and, yes, would still very much like to jump his bones. *nodnod*
