Also, I'd like to register a polite little vote in favor of Encouraging a Culture of Mutually Respectful Sparring, which I quite like as well. And which is very hard to do on the intertubes, where you can't hardly make a tiny meep of disagreement without tripping over somebody's deep existential crisis or whatever.
