that's great. the original article is very interesting too. it's heartening to read after a week of dismay hearing how apparently the BNP are going to get a strong foothold in the upcoming local elections. i kind of wish the media wouldn't make such a big deal of it, it seems like free advertising when I hear the BNP manifesto detailed over the airwaves, whatever negative contexts the presenters put it in.
Yeha, the original article was very interestering. The writer is someone I rarely agree with politically (she has a very post-Communist Free-marketist attitude, which is understandable coming from the Soviet Union) so it was nice that way too.
The BNP on the rise again scares me. They've got a bit of that out in California with the American Indepence Party coming back to life (that was George "Segregation forever!" Wallace's party in the late 60s) The guy who founded an anti-immigrant vigilante group ran for an open House seat earlier this year and is now running for the US Senate. It's scary stuff.
