So is this supposed team who is going to do some major crap with your block aware they are coming out or is it going to be a continuous cycle all over again?
Niiiiiice. I can't help but feel this is a prime example of the breakdown of our society in communication, and in our work ethic. It makes consumers dread calling companies to get their questions answered because they a) do not want to be made an idiot by the employee or b) do not trust the competence of the person working there. Although our individualistic society lends us the opportunity to advance and become very successful, we in turn do not concern ourselves enough with the needs of other people.
